Postage/Delivery

All orders for delivery are placed via Australia Post or Australian Registred Post OR normal Australia Post. Tracking number will provide you.

When you place your order you will notice that there is a delivery fee. The post option that Farah’s Fashion provides is a Registered Post, which means that a signature is required upon delivery. For purchases to be sent outside Australia – Postage cost is calculated depending on value and weight of products purchased. Final delivery costs will be advised once order is submitted.

Delivery times

Once we receive full payment of the order the delivery process will start. In most cases items will be shipped to you on the same day within 24 hours the payment is received. On the occasion the item have to modified on customer request, you will be contacted by email to advise an expected date of delivery. examption apply on weekends, Holidays and Monday.

NOTE: As Australia post network get busy sometimes and things are beyond our approach pleas allow bit extra time or request us for express delivery option. hope you understand.

Postage Cost

Within Australia – Items over $200.00 AUD value are posted free of charge . Within Australia – Postage for items under $200.00 AUD value cost $10.00AUD . for Australia post Express shipping that normally reach in metropolitan areas is $15. Outside Australia – Postage costs are calculated depending on value and weight of products purchased. Final delivery costs will be advised once order is submitted.

International Post

Please be aware it is your responsibility to pay any customs or duty charges incurred in your Country. Farah’s Fashion is not responsible for these charges and will NOT pay them. If you refuse to pay your customs or duty charges your order will be destroyed or returned to Farah’s Fashion at your expense.
